1.Tour Bookings:
- Cancellation >7 Days Before Departure: Full refund (minus 5% processing fee).
- Cancellation 48 Hours–7 Days Before: 50% refund.
- Cancellation <48 Hours or No-Show: No refund.
- Operator Cancellations (e.g., weather): Full refund or rescheduling option.
2. Rentals:
- Cancel >72 hours before: Full refund.
- Cancel <72 hours: No refund.
- Early Returns: No partial refunds for unused rental days.
- Security Deposit: Refunded within 5 business days post-return (minus any deductions for damages/cleaning).
3. Processing Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Exceptions may apply during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas).
4. Non-Refundable Services:
- Gift Vouchers: Non-refundable but transferable.
- Admin Fees: Charged for all refunds (5% of the total).
